Working with adults in early care and education is a challenging task. This PLC will address the challenges lead teachers may have with an emphasis on staffing and personnel functions within an early care and education program. Using the book “Really Seeing Children” by Deb Curtis, we will examine, discuss and share a collection of teaching and learning stories to inspire everyday practice of reflection, observation, and joyful presence with children and educators. The cost is $25 for the series and EEC training hour certificates will be provided for participation.
