This six session series will support the development of a learning community of emerging leaders passionate about improving all aspects of their leadership skills. The core focus of this series will be on the development of skills and organizational strategies to support the professional growth of teachers, including observation, feedback, developing Individualized Professional Development Plans (IDPD’S), support change and running effective team and staff meetings. This series is open to all professionals in the early education field who supervise and support teachers, family child care providers or out of school time educators. The cost is $25 for the series and EEC training hour certificates will be provided for participation.
