Accreditation (NAEYC & NAFCC) and CDA Reimbursement
Region 6 EPS has funding available that will reimburse programs 50% for fees related to accreditation and 100% to educators for CDA fees. Funding is available until June 30th, 2013 or when funding is depleted. Programs or educators must first pay for the accreditation or CDA and then apply to Region 6 for reimbursement. Application forms are available on this page (see below). All programs requesting reimbursement must be at level 2 in the QRIS Program Manager and be a non-profit organization. Below are other requirements for reimbursement.
1. Evidence of fee payment with a copy of a canceled check, credit card statement or other approved type of receipt of payment
2. A copy of the appropriate form submitted for accreditation or CDA
3. A copy of the programs’ QRIS summary from the QRIS Program Manager
4. Copy of the program’s certificate of non-profit status.
